The wonderful glint of Copper enhancing the blueness of the blues! … and greens/pinks/purples/golds.

This reminds me of sitting and staring into soul rejuvenating clear water, even wading through it.

Keeping the natural polished Oak to the front and a deep Aqua/mid-Teal to the sides felt right.

Take the Rib out or sail a ‘Crabber” on the Camel Estuary between Rock and Padstow. Keep going into the Big Blue…

With pearlised paint mixed with Old White rubbed into the front Oak and the Copper inside, it’s a nod to the minerals in the land and sea.

This joyful piece is a bit Rock n Roll with its pinky red whispy clouds, so the fresh Old White, smooth frame acts as the perfect compliment.

A shine of copper helps take the image to the wall gradually.

As your eyes are drawn towards the horizon, can you spot the fishy fossil in the sand, the whale and another fish in the sea? - or is it just me!
